RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Bridal Bee by Rasna, we take pride in delivering premium-quality imitation jewellery designed to make your special moments even more beautiful.Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video and photos are provided as proof

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Slight color or design variations (due to lighting/screen differences)
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products purchased during sale or special offers

Replacement Policy

  • Eligible damaged/defective products will be replaced with the same item (subject to availability)
  • If the product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for approved cases
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error, we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping charges
  • In other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID + unboxing video + issue details
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

⚠️ Important Note

Imitation jewellery is delicate and may react to moisture, perfumes, and environmental factors. Proper care is essential, and such wear and tear is not covered under returns/refunds.
